Teaching Full Job Description Duties:

• Lead fitness drumming classes for an elderly population. Certification and Experience Preferred
• Demonstrate proper form and technique for exercises to ensure safety and maximize results.
• Motivate and encourage participants
• Provide modifications and adjustments for participants with different fitness levels or physical limitations.

Qualifications:

• Certification in one or more fitness disciplines
• Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct and motivate participants.
• Ability to adapt exercises and modify workouts based on individual needs or limitations.
• Experience in leading group fitness classes
• Passion for health and wellness with a desire to help others achieve their fitness goals.
