As a Personal Trainer / Fitness Instructor, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality fitness experiences to our members and guests through group classes and personalized training sessions. This position requires current certifications, strong technical knowledge, and a commitment to creating a safe, engaging, and results-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Uphold all Horseshoe Bay Resort fitness standards Arrive on time and conduct all sessions with professionalism and attention to safety Lead fitness classes and personal training sessions in accordance with established protocols Maintain, clean, and properly care for all fitness equipment Keep fitness areas organized, clean, and fully stocked Educate guests on fitness programs, services, and offerings Address guest concerns professionally and communicate issues to management as needed Work independently with minimal supervision Promote fitness programs, services, and retail offerings Participate in team meetings and training sessions Maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment Support overall fitness operations as needed Minimum Qualifications Nationally recognized certification for personal training and group instruction Proven experience in the fitness industry Strong knowledge of fitness programs and training techniques Preferred Qualifications Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in both individual and group settings Professional, approachable demeanor with strong interpersonal skills Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service

Inspired to perform well by having ample time to pursue work and interests outside of work Education Bachelors (Preferred) Associates (Preferred) High School (Required) Experience Required 1 years: Experience promoting and selling fitness programs, memberships, or personal training packages while building strong relationships with clients and guests. Required 1 years: Experience working in a fitness center, health club, or resort environment, including maintaining equipment, ensuring cleanliness, and providing exceptional guest service. Required 2 years: Experience leading group fitness classes and delivering one-on-one personal training sessions, with a strong focus on safety, proper technique, and client results.
