Boot Camp Fitness Instructor

Job Description

Join our team as a Boot Camp Fitness Instructor, where your energy and expertise will inspire participants to achieve their health and fitness goals! In this role, you will lead engaging, high-energy group fitness classes that combine strength training, cardio, and functional movements. Your passion for motivating others and your comprehensive knowledge of exercise science will create a positive, empowering environment for all participants. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on clients' lives while honing your skills in a vibrant fitness community. Duties Lead energetic and well-structured boot camp classes that incorporate diverse exercise routines including kickboxing, cycling, yoga, Pilates, CrossFit, and sports coaching techniques. Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure participants perform movements safely using biomechanics and body mechanics principles. Design and adapt workout programs tailored to different fitness levels, focusing on group fitness dynamics and individual progress. Motivate participants through effective coaching methods, fostering a supportive environment that encourages persistence and achievement. Maintain a clean, organized workout space and ensure all equipment is used safely in accordance with health club standards. Skills Experience with group fitness Certification in CPR/AED and First Aid is required; additional certifications in personal training or sports coaching are highly valued. Expertise in coaching diverse populations with motivational fitness coaching techniques that inspire confidence and commitment. Ability to demonstrate exercises effectively while providing practice opportunities for participants to learn correct form. Knowledge of program design tailored to different fitness levels and goals within a group setting. Excellent communication skills for client engagement, customer service excellence, and fostering a motivating atmosphere. Experience working in health clubs or fitness environments with familiarity in gym equipment operation and safety protocols. Pay:
$50.00 - $60.00 per hour Expected hours: 3.0 - 6.0 per week
