Position Summary Provide private and small-group fitness instruction to members while delivering a welcoming, professional, and results-driven experience. Develop and grow personal training services, assist members in achieving their fitness goals, and promote overall wellness within the club community. Job Duties and Responsibilities Conduct private and small-group fitness training sessions for members of varying fitness levels. Develop individualized fitness programs based on member goals, abilities, and health considerations. Create exceptional member experiences by building relationships and encouraging participation in fitness programs and events. Maintain a safe training environment and ensure proper use of fitness equipment. Promote personal training services and assist in growing the club's wellness offerings. Maintain professional certifications, insurance, and industry knowledge. Position Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. Current nationally recognized Personal Trainer Certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, or equivalent). Current CPR/AED and First Aid Certification. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, outgoing, and positive attitude. Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to work independently and build positive relationships with members. Previous personal training or fitness coaching experience preferred. Must maintain professional liability insurance. Preferred Requirements Bachelor's Level Degree Compensation This is an independent contractor position with percentage of lessons and programs based on experience.
