This role will begin part-time, with a clear opportunity to grow into a full-time position for the right coach. About Women of Strength Women of Strength is a growing, premium women-only personal training studio in Keller, Texas. We specialize in helping women build strength, improve their health, gain confidence, and create sustainable habits through personalized training, nutrition coaching, and accountability. Our clients aren't just coming to us for workouts. They're coming to us because they want coaching, support, accountability, and a team that genuinely cares about helping them succeed. Our coaches are not expected to preach or lead Bible studies, but they must be comfortable working in an environment where Christian faith is openly incorporated into our mission and culture. We're Looking for a COACH We're not looking for someone who simply counts reps or watches the clock. We're looking for a Women's Fitness Coach who loves working with women, understands strength training, can confidently lead a training floor, and genuinely enjoys building relationships with clients. The right person is encouraging and personable while also being willing to challenge clients when they need it. You should be the type of coach who notices when someone's form is off, recognizes when a member isn't herself that day, celebrates progress, remembers what clients are working toward, and takes ownership of creating an exceptional experience. What You'll Do As a Women's Fitness Coach, you will: Coach semi-private personal training sessions with up to 6 women Provide individualized coaching within a semi-private environment Demonstrate exercises and provide clear, effective coaching cues Correct form and modify exercises based on individual needs and abilities Confidently lead and manage the training floor Create an energetic, encouraging, and professional environment Build genuine relationships with our members Learn and follow the Women of Strength training system and programming Track client progress and communicate important client needs to the team Help members stay accountable, engaged, and progressing toward their goals Conduct Fitness Assessments and consultations with prospective clients Ask meaningful questions to understand a prospective client's goals, challenges, and motivation Learn and follow the Women of Strength consultation and sales process Confidently explain our programs and recommend the appropriate next step Be comfortable discussing pricing and asking prospective clients to make a decision Follow up with prospective clients when needed Maintain a clean, organized, and professional training environment Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing coach development Contribute to an exceptional member experience from a woman's first visit through her ongoing membership Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you: LOVE coaching and encouraging women Have a strong understanding of strength training and proper exercise technique Can confidently lead a room and command a training floor Are warm, personable, positive, and energetic Communicate clearly and confidently Build relationships easily Take initiative instead of waiting to be told what needs to be done Are dependable and punctual Take ownership of your responsibilities Are coachable and open to feedback Are comfortable talking with prospective clients about their goals, challenges, and commitment Are willing to learn our consultation and sales process Work well as part of a team Want to continue developing as a coach Are excited about growing with a growing company
Qualifications Preferred:
Current nationally recognized Personal Training certification Previous personal training, fitness coaching, or relevant coaching experience Experience coaching strength training CPR/AED certification Experience working with women 35+ is a plus Previous sales or consultation experience is a plus, but not required Candidates with relevant education, significant strength-training knowledge, or strong coaching experience may also be considered. We're willing to teach the right person our systems, programming, and sales process. We're looking for someone who brings the character, communication skills, work ethic, and desire to coach at a high level.
Schedule Our coaching schedule includes:
Early Weekday mornings Weekday mornings Weekday evenings Some Saturdays Candidates should have flexibility to work a combination of these shifts. Both part-time candidates and candidates interested in growing into a larger role with Women of Strength are encouraged to apply.
Compensation Starting coaching rate:
$20/hour Additional compensation opportunities may be available based on responsibilities, performance, and participation in the consultation/sales process.
