Job Description

Women of Strength is a growing, women-only personal training studio in Keller, Texas, seeking an exceptional Women's Fitness Coach to join our team. We specialize in helping women—primarily women 35+—build strength, improve their health, gain confidence, and create sustainable habits through personalized training, nutrition coaching, and accountability. We are looking for more than someone who simply counts reps. We want a COACH who can confidently lead a training floor, provide individualized attention, connect with clients, correct movement, motivate women, and create an exceptional coaching experience.
Our Women's Fitness Coaches:
Coach semi-private personal training sessions of up to 6 women Provide individualized coaching within a semi-private training environment Demonstrate exercises and provide clear, effective coaching cues Correct form and modify exercises based on individual needs and abilities Confidently lead and manage the training floor Build genuine relationships with members and understand their individual goals Help members stay accountable, engaged, and progressing Learn and follow the Women of Strength training system and programming Track and communicate client progress and needs Conduct Fitness Assessments and consultations with prospective clients Learn and participate in our consultation and sales process Ask meaningful questions to understand prospective clients' goals, challenges, and motivation Confidently explain our programs, make recommendations, discuss pricing, and help prospective clients take the appropriate next step Participate in ongoing coach development, team training, and sales training Help maintain a clean, organized, professional training environment Contribute to an exceptional member experience from a woman's first visit through her ongoing membership Women of Strength is a Christian, faith-based business. Our coaches are not expected to preach or lead Bible studies, but they must be comfortable working in an environment where Christian faith is openly incorporated into our mission and culture. This position has the opportunity to grow in responsibility as Women of Strength continues to expand.
