The ideal candidate will deliver safe, effective, engaging classes—helping clients achieve their fitness goals while embodying our studio's commitment to community, excellence and personal growth. Responsibilities Lead group Pilates classes and one-on-one private sessions according to studio schedule. Design and teach Pilates workouts appropriate to client levels (beginner to advanced), focusing on form, alignment, breathing, body mechanics and movement quality. Offer modifications and progressions to accommodate varying fitness levels, injuries or special conditions. Monitor clients' technique, provide clear cueing and corrections, ensure safe use of equipment. Maintain a clean, orderly, and welcoming studio environment & help ensure equipment is in good working order. Support the growth of the studio's clientele—engage with members, help build client relationships, assist with client retention. Adhere to studio policies including our 24-hour cancellation policy for private sessions. Coordinate with studio management to schedule classes/privates, and meet any minimum client / revenue targets if applicable. Qualifications Certification in personal training or group fitness instruction from a recognized organization is preferred. Experience in sports coaching or fitness sales is a plus. Strong knowledge of body mechanics and exercise physiology. Ability to lead diverse classes with enthusiasm and energy. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate clients effectively. A passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals.
