Description 🎯 Key Responsibilities Instructor Recruitment & Development Recruit certified Pilates instructors through outreach and auditions Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations Maintain instructional consistency and brand standards Client Engagement Consult with clients to understand fitness goals and personalize routines Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment that encourages participation Address client feedback and continuously improve service quality Strategic Growth Collaborate with leadership to drive participation and revenue Monitor program performance and report on key metrics 🧠 Qualifications Certified in Pilates (Mat and Reformer; STOTT or NCPT preferred) 3-5 years of teaching experience Strong leadership and communication skills Experience in team development and schedule management Knowledge of wellness trends and fitness marketing Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
