We are creating more than just a Pilates studio—we are building an uplifting community centered around movement, wellness, and meaningful connections.

Heated mat Pilates Non-heated mat Pilates HIIT Sculpt Barre Indoor cycling Position Overview We are looking for talented, energetic, and charismatic instructors who know how to create an unforgettable client experience. Our ideal instructor is knowledgeable, dependable, upbeat, and confident leading a room. You should be able to deliver a safe and effective workout while keeping clients motivated, engaged, and excited to return. We want instructors who learn clients' names, celebrate their progress, bring positive energy into every class, and make everyone feel welcomed—regardless of their body type, fitness level, or previous experience. Applicants may specialize in one or more of our class formats. Responsibilities Lead safe, effective, energetic, and engaging group fitness classes Create organized workouts appropriate for different fitness levels Demonstrate proper technique and clearly explain each movement Offer modifications and progressions based on clients' abilities Motivate clients with positive, upbeat, and encouraging energy Bring personality and enthusiasm to every class Build genuine relationships with clients Help first-time clients feel comfortable and confident Arrive prepared and on time for every scheduled class Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment Follow all Casa Blanca procedures and safety standards Participate in occasional studio events, training, and promotional content Ideal Candidate Naturally outgoing, charismatic, and comfortable leading a room Friendly, positive, and genuinely enjoys connecting with people Able to bring high energy while remaining professional Knowledgeable about proper form, alignment, and injury prevention Encouraging and inclusive with clients of all body types and fitness levels Dependable, punctual, coachable, and team-oriented Comfortable providing corrections in a supportive and respectful way Passionate about fitness, wellness, and creating an amazing client experience Qualifications Certification in Pilates, barre, HIIT, strength training, indoor cycling, group fitness, or a related specialty is strongly preferred Previous group fitness or teaching experience is preferred Current CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain it before teaching Availability during early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends is preferred Ability to safely teach in a heated studio environment if applying for heated classes Ability to complete an audition class as part of the interview process What We Offer A beautiful, modern, and supportive studio environment Opportunities to grow with a new and expanding wellness brand Flexible part-time scheduling Instructor development opportunities Free classes A welcoming, community-centered team culture How to Apply Please submit your résumé along with a short introduction that includes: The class formats you are qualified to teach Your current certifications Your teaching experience Your general availability A brief explanation of what makes you an energetic and engaging instructor Selected applicants will be invited to an interview and a short teaching audition.
