=X Pilates & Fitness San Antonio is growing, and we are looking for passionate, motivated individuals to join our instructor team! IM=X® is a nationally recognized Pilates and fitness system combining Reformer-based Pilates, strength training, flexibility, functional movement, and wellness. Our instructors help clients of all fitness levels build strength, confidence, mobility, and a lifelong love of movement. Whether you are already a certified Pilates instructor or you are a fitness professional ready to take the next step in your career, we would love to meet you.

No Reformer certification yet? The right candidate can train with us! Unlike many Pilates studios that require instructors to independently invest thousands of dollars into training before applying, IM=X believes in developing great instructors. Our primary instructor pathway includes

•15th MAT Class 5-day intensive instructor training Followed by approximately a 2-month apprenticeship/practice period Includes teaching practice, mentorship, and preparation for final practical video exam Opportunity to begin teaching after successfully completing certification requirements We are looking for candidates who want to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in Pilates. RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead safe, engaging IM=X Pilates classes Provide clear instruction, modifications, and encouragement Create a welcoming experience for members of all fitness levels Build relationships and support client success Offer private training opportunities when appropriate Maintain the IM=X standard of excellence and professionalism Support studio growth and community events

EXPERIENCE WE LOVE

Experience or interest in any of the following is a plus: Pilates (Mat or Reformer) Personal Training Physical Therapy / Exercise Science Dance Yoga Barre Group Fitness Athletic Coaching Multi-format instructors may have additional teaching opportunities as we expand our schedule.
