We're looking for someone who can bring the energy, motivation, and personality that makes members excited to come back to class. Requirements Proven experience in leading group fitness classes or coaching in a studio or gym setting. Group fitness experience preferred Zumba, Sculpt, or related fitness certification/training Bilingual English/Spanish Enthusiastic, outgoing & high-energy personality Reliable, responsible & professional Must be available for early mornings, afternoons/evenings, and Saturdays Certification in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) Demonstrated knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, body mechanics, and sports coaching principles. Skilled in teaching exercise routines and choreagraphy across various disciplines such as zumba and sculpt. Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate diverse groups of clients effectively. Physical fitness training experience with the ability to perform heavy lifting and demonstrate proper exercise techniques safely.
