Job Description

Alloy Personal Training is opening a new studio in Park City, and we're looking for a Director of Training to help us build it from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to shape a business from pre-opening, through the growth phase, to steady state. Alloy Personal Training offers science-based training protocols delivered through small-group personal training (4-6 clients per session). Unlike large group fitness classes or boot camps, our clients receive personalized attention from trainers while building friendships with other clients. To do so, we build our teams with driven, fun-loving, dedicated professionals who want to apply their skills in a rewarding environment and help build real sense of community. For this Director of Training position, we need someone who thinks like an owner, sells like a hunter, and builds relationships like a natural. Coaching ability matters — but drive, hustle, and business instinct matter more. What You'll Do Before we open our doors, your full focus for the first month will be on building our client base. You'll be out in the community, generating leads, running promotions, and selling memberships so we open at capacity. Once the studio opens your role will evolve into a blend of: Sales & Business Development Driving internal and external marketing efforts, including social media presence and special events to generate new leads Building referral pipelines and community partnerships Running consultation sessions with prospective clients and closing the sale Owning and hitting monthly membership and revenue targets. Day-to-Day Operations Overseeing operating procedures and standards, staffing, and scheduling. Leading weekly staff meetings and helping recruit and train new employees. Tracking bookings and attendance and communicating with clients who need to improve session frequency. Managing studio inventory and supply orders. Coaching As the client base stabilizes, teaching 3-5 sessions per week to help you keep in touch with our training program and the clients you've brought in. What We're Looking For Sales mentality — you're energized by prospecting, outreach, and closing, not just waiting for leads to walk in the door. Magnetic personality — you build trust and rapport quickly, and people want to be around you. Business-owner mindset — you take ownership of outcomes and seek ways to continuously improve. Organizational skills to manage a broad set of responsibilities without things falling through the cracks. Comfort with a role that shifts over time — heavy sales early on, gradually balanced with operations and coaching. Passion about health & fitness and helping others achieve their fitness goals. Must be available to travel to Atlanta, GA in September (departing Sept. 13, returning Sept. 20) for mandatory training and the annual company conference.
Compensation Base salary:
$60,000•70,000 plus revenue-based bonuses, with total earning potential of $90,000•100,000+ 3 weeks paid vacation. Additional benefits (health insurance, 401k, etc.) can be tailored to your needs.
Pay:
$90,000.00•$100,000.00 per year
Work Location:
