We are a membership-based wellness space specializing in sauna and cold plunge experiences . Our specialty is providing incredible, unique, guided experiences in our space. We are hiring a Class Instructor to own the stage in our sauna a few times a week, elevate the guest journey, and provide meaningful guided experiences for our clients. We are looking for experienced instructors, and are open to different modalities. Some classes we currently offer at Flowhaus include Yoga, Self-Massage, Aufguss (heat experience), Breathwork, Sound Bath. We are looking to expand our offerings with something new. This is not your average instructing role. We are looking for experienced instructors with unique offerings who are excited to learn how to work in a dynamic environment. This role is in-studio and customer-facing, with primary responsibility being leading and guiding curated experiences for our guests, while also helping strengthen community relationships and support the team in their time spent in-studio. This position includes training to instruct in the business' style inside the sauna/cold plunge environment. Job Type Part-time, in person Schedule 1-3 hour shifts Evening shifts Must be willing to work weekends What You'll Do Class Instructor Greet guests, and set the tone for the experience Guide unique, curated experiences designed in partnership with Flowhaus to improve the lives of our members and customers Become an expert on sauna and cold plunge wellness Become a master of the sauna, including thermogenics, essential oil infusions, and air ciruculation Assist the team where needed when on shift What You Bring 3+ years of instructing experience Proven ability to teach and lead classes with anywhere from 2-40 people with confidence Strong interpersonal presence—you know how to build trust, read people, and move conversations forward naturally Emotional intelligence and professionalism; you can be warm, grounded, excited, or calm when the situation calls for it.
