- and our Group Fitness studio is no exception. Members come to sweat, but they stay for the vibe. About the Role As our HYROX Group Fitness Instructor in Salt Lake City, you'll design and lead 50-minute functional fitness classes modeled on HYROX competition methodology
- strength, endurance, and grit, all in one room. You'll earn $30 per class, plus $15 for administrative work, teaching a minimum of three classes per week. This is a part-time role built for someone who wants to make a real impact in a short window of time. What You'll Do Design and lead effective 50-minute HYROX-style workouts, including warm-up and cool-down Build fresh class playlists in advance
- no back-to-back repeats Arrive 10 minutes early to set the room: lights, equipment, and music dialed in Greet every participant with genuine enthusiasm and check in on injuries or limitations before class starts Keep the space clean, safe, and professional
- equipment wiped down and put away right Flag any broken or worn equipment to the Front Desk or Group Fitness Manager Show up reliably, every time
- this crew counts on you Pitch in on other duties that support the overall member experience What You Bring You might be a great fit if: You're genuinely passionate about functional fitness and its methodology You've got 5+ years of experience (work, school, or trade training) with at least 3 months of group fitness or teaching experience in the last year You hold a current CPR or first aid certification You can explain exercises clearly and cue with confidence, tempo, and rhythm You bring real knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology, and training principles You're physically ready to demonstrate every move you teach and can lift at least 25 lbs You're extremely dependable•subs within 24 hours only happen in true emergencies You light up a room with energy and make every fitness level feel welcome You're always looking for ways to make the member experience a little better PerksBenefits Free gym membership Discounts on food and merchandise Join Us!
