We work with a wide range of clients, from busy professionals and former athletes to adults looking to build strength, improve bone density, stay active, and age well. We're looking for a Personal Trainer & Strength Coach who is passionate about helping people succeed and excited to build meaningful, long-term relationships with clients. About the Role This position combines personal training and small-group strength coaching. The ideal candidate enjoys working one-on-one with clients, leading engaging group sessions, and helping members achieve lasting results. This is an excellent opportunity for a coach who wants to grow their personal training roster while working in a supportive, community-focused environment. Responsibilities Conduct personal training sessions for clients of varying ages and experience levels Coach small-group strength training classes Perform consultations and assessments with prospective clients Build strong relationships with members and help guide them toward appropriate coaching services Track client progress and adjust programming as needed Deliver a professional, welcoming, and high-energy coaching experience Maintain a clean, organized training environment Contribute positively to the gym culture and member experience What We're Looking For The ideal candidate: Has experience working with personal training clients Is comfortable building and maintaining client relationships Communicates clearly and confidently with people from all backgrounds Is professional, reliable, and punctual Enjoys coaching both individuals and groups Is passionate about strength training and helping people improve their health Is eager to continue learning and developing as a coach Preferred Qualifications Personal training certification (NSCA, NASM, ACSM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent) CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain) Previous experience coaching personal training clients Experience coaching strength training or group fitness classes Why Work With Us?
