Job Description
3xF is growing, and we're looking for a personal trainer who is passionate about helping people become stronger, healthier, and more confident. Our coaches do more than lead workouts. You'll assess each client's current fitness level, create personalized training plans, track progress through fitness testing and body composition analysis, and provide the accountability needed to produce meaningful, lasting results. Training is guided by our Method of Athletic Progression, which allows us to meet clients where they are and help them progress safely and effectively. Nearly every new client begins with paid personal training and nutrition coaching, so you won't be expected to build a client base through constant social media posting or self-promotion. A social media presence is appreciated, but it is not required. We provide the systems, clients, and support—you focus on delivering an exceptional coaching experience. The right candidate will have strong communication and customer service skills, a genuine interest in people, and a commitment to helping clients improve their health and quality of life. Previous experience as a personal trainer, fitness instructor, or coach is preferred. Additional opportunities in nutrition coaching and group training may be available for the right candidate. If you're looking for a new challenge and want to grow with a coaching-focused fitness business, we'd love to hear from you.
