Yoga Teacher | Stability

+ Yin $27.50-$45 per class based on experience + free studio membership Hot yoga. Cool humans. Hot House Yoga RVA is growing, and we're looking for an experienced yoga teacher to join our Wayfinder Guide team, specifically to teach our Stability set sequence and Yin classes . We call our teachers Wayfinder Guides because we don't believe the person at the front of the room needs to have all the answers. We create the conditions for people to listen, explore, get stronger, slow down, and find their own way. What you'll teach Stability Stability is one of our signature set-sequence classes. Because the sequence is established, we're looking for someone who can learn our method and then bring it to life through excellent instruction, presence, pacing, alignment, and connection with the room. You don't need to reinvent the sequence. You do need to know how to teach it. Yin Our Yin classes are the quieter side of Hot House. We're looking for someone comfortable creating space for stillness, longer holds, intentional transitions, breath, and thoughtful teaching without feeling the need to fill every moment with words. You might be our person if you Have completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training Have experience teaching group yoga classes Are comfortable learning and consistently teaching an established sequence Understand alignment, modifications, and how to teach different bodies in the same room Have experience with Yin or a strong understanding of the practice Can hold space without needing to perform Bring warmth, reliability, curiosity, and professionalism Want to know your students and become part of a studio community, not simply drop in to teach a class and leave Experience teaching heated yoga is helpful but not required. What teaching here feels like Our room can be sweaty, strong, quiet, playful, challenging, grounding, and occasionally a little weird in the best possible way. We care about excellent teaching, but we're not looking for perfection. We're looking for presence . Know your craft. Know your room. Know when to teach and when to get out of the way. We invest in our teaching team through continued education, workshops, collaboration, community events, and opportunities to grow with the studio. Compensation + perks $27.50-$45 per class , based on teaching experience and qualifications. All Hot House Yoga RVA teachers also receive a complimentary unlimited studio membership .
