What You'll Do:
Deliver high-quality 1-on-1 and 2-on-1 personal training sessions Design individualized workout programs (we provide programming guidance) Manage client progress, communication, and administrative details Engage with prospective clients and build your roster through referrals and local outreach Help create a clean, welcoming, and energized environment for members Participate in team meetings, community events, and workshopsWhat We're Looking For:
Ideally 1+ years working with fitness clients (either personal training or coaching group classes) but not required A current training certification (CPT, CSCS, or CFSC) Up-to-date CPR/AED certification Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for service A growth mindset with a love for learning and self-improvement Ability to work a flexible schedule including some early mornings, evenings, and possibly weekendsWhat You Get:
