Duties Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments to understand clients' health status, goals, and limitations Develop tailored workout plans based on biomechanics, physiology, body mechanics, and client preferences Lead one-on-one and group training sessions with enthusiasm, ensuring proper technique and safety at all times Provide motivational coaching to keep clients engaged, focused, and motivated throughout their fitness journey Educate clients on nutrition, injury prevention, manual handling, and the importance of recovery strategies Maintain detailed records of client progress, session notes, and program adjustments Promote fitness services and memberships to new and existing clients through excellent customer service and sales skills Skills Proven experience in sports coaching, personal training, or group fitness instruction Strong knowledge of biomechanics, anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics Certified in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and AED (Automated External Defibrillator) operation; first aid certification preferred Ability to design personalized workout programs that incorporate heavy lifting, functional training, and program progression Excellent client communication skills with a talent for building rapport and motivating diverse populations Experience teaching physical education or coaching sports enhances your ability to engage clients effectively Knowledge of fitness sales techniques to promote services confidently while maintaining high standards of customer service Familiarity with health club operations, gym equipment handling, manual handling procedures, and liability insurance requirements Embark on a rewarding career where your passion for fitness transforms lives!
