Role:

Welcome to Leaner! A private fitness studio dedicated to empowering working professionals with the ability to make the most out of their body and mind by creating personal workout and nutrition plans that cater to their busy lives. As a Personal Fitness Trainer, you will work with clients to create personalized wellness plans, provide guidance during workouts, and ensure a safe, supportive, and energized training environment. We have opportunities available for both part time and full time.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement personalized fitness programs tailored to client goals. Motivate and guide clients during their workouts. Maintain a clean and safe workout environment. Build positive relationships with clients to foster retention and growth. Collaborate with the team to support sales efforts and attract new clients. Build and Maintain your own list of clientele

Qualifications:

Must be a Certified Personal Trainer (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent). High school diploma or GED required. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (regular commuting to Bellevue required). Sales experience or an interest in sales is a bonus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
