Annabel & Co. Women's Boutique Fitness Studio Annabel & Co. is seeking a certified Mat Pilates Instructor to join our growing boutique fitness studio in Bellingham. We are looking for an experienced, professional instructor who brings strong technical knowledge, thoughtful instruction, and a genuine commitment to the client experience. This is an opportunity to become an integral part of a carefully selected instructor team and contribute to the development of our Pilates programming. We want clients to experience the instructor behind the instruction and to feel comfortable connecting with you as a person. The instructor selected for this position will have the opportunity to: Contribute ideas and recommendations for the development of our Pilates program Incorporate their individual teaching style and personality while maintaining professional and instructional standards Teach small classes where quality instruction, proper alignment, and meaningful client interaction are prioritized Build relationships with clients in an intimate boutique environment Work collaboratively with the studio owner and other instructors as the program continues to grow Already teaching Pilates? Whether you're looking for a primary teaching studio or would like to add one or two classes to your current schedule, Annabel and Co. may be a tremendous fit. We would be interested in creatiing an opportunity that complements your existing schedule. Qualifications Current Mat Pilates certification from a recognized training organization Minimum one year of teaching experience preferred Strong understanding of anatomy, alignment, movement principles, and effective cueing Ability to provide appropriate modifications for varying fitness levels and abilities Professional, warm, and client-centered communication style Reliable, punctual, and dependable Ability to work collaboratively as part of a small professional team Current CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain and maintain certification Professional liability insurance as required Documentation of relevant certifications must be provided What We Offer Competitive per-class compensation Small class sizes Consistent teaching opportunities A professional, modern boutique studio environment Creative input into Pilates programming Promotional support to help establish your presence within the studio Direct communication with studio ownership A collaborative environment where instructor expertise and ideas are respected A Different Kind of Teaching Environment Annabel & Co. is intentionally different from a high-volume fitness environment. Pay:
$40.00 - $50.00 per hour Expected hours: 1.0 - 5.0 per week
