Job Summary Monday - Friday 7:00am-1200pm (client based schedule) Join our dynamic team as a Certified Personal Trainer and ignite the passion for health and fitness in every client you serve! In this energetic role, you'll design personalized workout programs, motivate individuals and groups, and foster a positive environment that encourages healthy lifestyles. Your expertise will help clients achieve their fitness goals while promoting a welcoming and motivating atmosphere within our health club or gym setting. Responsibilities Develop customized fitness programs tailored to each client's goals, abilities, and health conditions, incorporating principles of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics Lead one-on-one personal training sessions with energy, clarity, and motivation to maximize client engagement and results Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, safety protocols, and effective workout strategies to ensure safe practice and optimal outcomes Promote fitness services through engaging sales techniques, helping clients understand the value of personal training packages and memberships Monitor client progress regularly, adjusting programs as needed to maintain challenge and progression toward goals Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages clients' confidence and enjoyment during workouts Stay current with industry trends, certifications, and best practices in sports coaching, physical education, and fitness science to deliver expert guidance Skills Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics to design safe and effective training programs Proven experience in personal training, group fitness instruction, or teaching physical education with a focus on motivating diverse populations Excellent communication skills for teaching exercises clearly and providing constructive feedback Ability to sell fitness services confidently while maintaining a client-centered approach Knowledge of fitness sales strategies to promote memberships and training packages effectively Passion for health club environments with the ability to energize clients during workouts Demonstrated understanding of sports coaching principles to enhance athletic performance when applicable Embark on a rewarding career where your expertise transforms lives!
