Membership & Fitness Advisor LA Fitness - Mukilteo We're looking for an outgoing, driven, and people-focused Membership & Fitness Advisor to help grow our club and introduce more people in the community to everything LA Fitness has to offer. This is not a position where you simply wait for people to walk through the door. Your job is to create opportunities. You'll connect with people in the community, build relationships, invite prospective members into the club, give engaging tours, demonstrate equipment, learn about their goals, and help them find the fitness option that makes the most sense for them. That may be a traditional gym membership, Reformer Pilates, group fitness, or another solution available within the club. What You'll Do

• Prospect and market within the local community to generate new business
• Reach out to prospective and former members by phone, text, social media, and in person
• Invite people into the club for workouts, tours, events, and fitness experiences
• Conduct energetic and personalized club tours
• Demonstrate gym equipment and help guests feel comfortable using the facility
• Ask questions to understand each person's fitness goals, lifestyle, and needs
• Recommend memberships, Reformer Pilates, classes, and other fitness solutions
• Follow up with prospects and build relationships throughout the sales process
• Develop relationships with local businesses and community partners
• Participate in club events, outreach, promotions, and member appreciation events
• Meet individual and team membership and revenue goals
• Help create an upbeat, welcoming, high-energy environment inside the club Who We're Looking For You don't need to be a fitness expert. We're looking for someone who is confident talking to people, willing to learn, and excited about helping grow a business. You may be a great fit if you are:
