We're looking for a dynamic, sales-driven individual to join our team as a Membership Sales / Personal Trainer—someone who loves fitness, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to take the initiative in promoting our gym and personal trainers.

What You'll Do:

Conduct facility tours for visiting guests and enthusiastically guide them through our offerings Prospect for new members and actively drive traffic from our lead generation sources Convert prospective members and gym guests into committed personal training clients through tours, consultations, and closing agreements Schedule and conduct initial client assessments, including body composition weigh-ins, measurements, and basic nutrition consultations Take the initiative to brainstorm and execute creative ways to promote the gym, show off our personal trainers and build hype Maintain an enthusiastic, encouraging environment and serve as an active champion of our club culture

Who We're Looking For:

A natural closer who loves sales and thrives in a goal-oriented, high-energy environment Competent in fitness, with a solid understanding of basic health concepts, body composition, and introductory nutrition Outgoing, approachable, and genuinely excited about encouraging others and building relationships A proactive self-starter who shows initiative in marketing the gym and highlighting our training staff Someone who thrives in a team environment and takes pride in helping clients and trainers succeed

Compensation & Growth:
