Position Overview We are seeking a seasoned fitness professional who excels at coaching, program design, and hospitality-based member conversion. In this role, you won't just be writing workouts; you'll be an integral part of our family, guiding guests on their fitness journeys, fostering a welcoming environment, and helping to build a thriving training community.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver Premium Training:
Lead engaging, safe, and highly effective 1-on-1 training sessions.
Hospitality & Member Retention:
Build authentic connections with guests, ensuring every interaction makes them feel welcome, supported, and motivated to continue their journey with us.
Program Design:
Develop progressive training programs tailored to the individual needs of a wide range of clients.
Cultivate Community:

Schedule & Availability Shift:
Evening availability is required (e.g., peak afternoon/evening hours between 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM, Monday-Friday, with potential for flexible weekend shifts).
Qualifications Experience:
Minimum of [1-3] years of active, hands-on personal training experience in a commercial gym or private studio setting.
Certification:
Nationally recognized Personal Training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, ACSM, etc.).
CPR/AED:
Current CPR/AED certification.
Skillset:
Strong understanding of movement assessments, exercise coaching and beginner-to-advanced program design.
Soft Skills:
