Job Description

Position Overview LA Fitness is looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about fitness and helping others achieve their goals. Whether you're newly certified, pursuing certification, or looking to start a career in personal training, we provide the tools, mentorship, and support needed for success. Responsibilities Conduct fitness consultations and assessments. Design personalized fitness programs. Motivate and coach clients toward their goals. Build strong client relationships. Maintain professional knowledge of fitness and wellness. Contribute to a positive and results-driven training environment. Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Passion for health and fitness. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Personal Training Certification preferred (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, etc.) or willingness to obtain one. CPR/AED certification preferred or willingness to obtain. No previous personal training experience required. Coachable mindset and desire for professional growth. Ideal Candidate Someone who is enthusiastic about fitness, enjoys helping others, and wants to build a rewarding career in personal training.
Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 25.0 per week
