None SUMMARY Provides a variety of fee-for-service customize exercise programs and lifestyle education to members and outside clients according to club's financial and revenue goals.ESSENTAIL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties- Presents the Personal Training programs benefits to all members and demonstrates the value of these programs.
- Evaluates needs and motivate paying clientele
- Enrolls members into the personal training programs and assists members with exercise programs specifically designed to their goals, making adjustments to the exercises as needed
- Ensures club members understand how to operate the weight resistance and cardiovascular equipment correctly
- Assists and encourages members in achieving fitness goals
- Re-racks and sanitizes all weights and assists in maintaining a neat, organized and clean club
- Assists in club promotions where applicable
- Keeps precise and up-to-date client files
- Ensures all paying clients complete purchased programs within allotted time frame
- Ensures client program results for each client trained
- Meets and or exceeds individual sales goals for month
- Assist Manager in ensuring all assigned goals are met each month
- Maintains a professional relationship with client at all times
- Ensures each client receives a Fit3D scan each month, without fail
- Ensures interactions and fosters relationships with all members
- Training staff may not use, be behind the front desk/bar area at any time Responsibilities
- Have all revenues turned in to front desk. Trainers may not accept payment for services or products
- Attend all staff production meetings and training programs
- Maintain required CPR and PT Certifications
- Comply with safety, health/sanitization and dress policies of the club
- Assists in implementing club and company policies
- Punctual and professional demeanor at all times
- Motivate, train and hold accountable all current clients
- Comply with all necessary scheduling of clients and confirmation of appointments
- Maintain and wear company required uniform at all times
- Maintain no less than 15 hours of training weekly- MINIMUM
- Maintain no less than $5000 in individual monthly revenue
- Maintains a minimum of 70% retention rate of clients, calculated each month- REQUIRED
PREFER PREVIOUS GYM AND OR STUDIO TRAINING EXPERIENCE, MUST ALSO BE CURRENTLY CERTIFIED

Knowledge of- Variety of personal training techniques and programs
- Principles of physical fitness and exercise technique
- Knowledge of resistance and cardiovascular education
- Company policies and procedures
- Principles of salesmanship
- Facility Health/Safety/Sanitization Guidelines Ability to
- Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work
- Deal effectively with a diversity if individuals
- Adjust and operate fitness equipment
- Give oral and written instructions
- Understand and follow oral and written instructions
- Gain cooperation through discussion and persuasion
EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS/ EDUCATION/ CERTIFICATION
Experience- Six months in a related field Skills
- Performance and demonstration of the safe and correct methods of a variety of exercise routines
- Effective interpersonal relationships
- Oral communication
- Active listening Education/ Certification
- Current CPR certification
- Current PT certification
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Lifting and moving of weights of at least 50 pounds, "spotting" clients to assure safety, bending. Squatting, jumping, walking around club, runningJob Types:
