Your clients may inquire with us about membership options if they are interested in having access to the facility beyond their personal training sessions. Memberships are limited and subject to availability. Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who wants to build and operate their own training business, rather than someone looking for a traditional gym-employed position. You are responsible for operating your own independent training business. This opportunity is for an independent trainer who wants a professional place to conduct their business without taking on the full cost and responsibility of operating their own gym. You are responsible for your own business, clients, pricing, scheduling, marketing, and income. Arc Strength and Performance provides the facility for you to use in connection with your independent training business. There is no expectation that you become part of our business or take on responsibilities outside of your own training business.
