What You'll Do As an ISI® Performance Coach, you will: Lead high-energy, 50-minute team training sessions Deliver an elite coaching experience during every workout Motivate, encourage, and inspire members of all fitness levels Ensure proper exercise technique and member safety at all times Modify movements for members with injuries, limitations, or beginner fitness levels Progress exercises for advanced athletes seeking greater challenges Create a welcoming, positive, and motivating environment Build strong relationships with members and foster community engagement Maintain the high standards and culture that define the ISI® brand Arrive prepared, professional, and ready to lead every session with enthusiasm and confidence What We're Looking For The ideal candidate: Brings contagious energy and a positive attitude to every session Has a passion for coaching and helping others succeed Is confident leading groups and speaking in front of members Can effectively coach multiple fitness levels simultaneously Demonstrates professionalism, reliability, and strong communication skills Creates an atmosphere where members feel challenged, supported, and motivated Qualifications
REQUIRED
Current CPR/AED Certification Current Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification from an approved organization such as:
NASM ACE ACSM ISSA NSCA NFPT NPTI
Or another ISI® approved certification provider Ability to coach group fitness sessions safely and effectively Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays
