Your responsibilities will include:
Leading engaging one-on-one personal training sessions Coaching small group training programs Teaching safe and effective exercise technique Helping members set realistic goals and create action plans Tracking progress and celebrating member successes Providing education on healthy habits and basic nutrition Creating a welcoming, positive experience for every member Supporting the growth of our Personal Training program through client retention and referrals Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional training environment Who You'll Work Best With We're looking for energetic, positive people who genuinely enjoy helping others succeed.
