Lead safe, fun, and effective group fitness classes. Create an inclusive, welcoming atmosphere for participants of all fitness levels. Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and provide modifications when needed. Develop engaging class routines that keep participants motivated. Deliver excellent customer service while promoting health and wellness.Qualifications:
Experience teaching group fitness classes or education in exercise science, physical education, kinesiology, or a related field preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and connect with participants of diverse ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels. Organized, reliable, and enthusiastic. Physically able to lead active fitness classes. Current CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain certification.About YWCA:
