Kohler, WI Opportunity Do you have a passion for fitness? Does the thought of instructing and assisting facility users with fitness equipment, and promoting lifestyle programs appeal to you? If so, then join the team at the Sports Core as a Fitness Trainer, where your hard work and customer service skills will be appreciated and recognized! As a Fitness Trainer for Sports Core, you will be responsible for: Promoting and performing lifestyle programs, assessments and personal training services according to Sports Core standards. Performing fitness services with minimal direction. Includes body fat testing (calipers and Microfit), girth measurements, weight, cardiovascular step test, sit/reach flexibility testing and strength testing. Promoting, designing and performing long-term personal training programs according to the needs and goals of healthy, average adults. Effectively demonstrating and assisting facility users with fitness equipment in all fitness and training areas according to quality standards. Maintaining accurate member and personal client records according to standard operating procedures. Assisting with set-up, cleaning and preventative maintenance for all fitness related equipment (weight benches, racks and equipment, Spinning bikes and any pool needs). This is a full-time position working weekdays and weekends. Shifts vary between 5:00 am - 8:00 pm. Skills/Requirements Nationally Accredited Personal Training Certification and bachelor's degree in like field (Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Human Biology, Health Promotions). CPR/AED certified.Preferred certification is
