Job Responsibilities:
Provides high quality, safe and motivating instruction; provides adaptations based on individual needs. Increases member retention by providing personalized member experiences and building positive relationships with and among members, staff, volunteers and/or guests. Creates a supportive and uplifting community environment. Facilitates the development of small communities, helping members to connect with other members. Works well independently and on a team. Ensures the safety of all members and guests. Be available to support fellow instructors by subbing where possible. Teaching is available in all 3 locations.
Position Skills and Experience:
Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Instructor certification or the desire to obtain certification-we will train you for certification.
