Job Description

We are looking for instructors who are highly motivated, upbeat, and well-educated to join our studio family and teach our clients the art of Pilates through the contemporary reformer-based model at Club Pilates.
POSITION
We are seeking highly motivated and educated instructors with a passion for Pilates and improving the lives of others through movement, health, and fitness. The ideal candidate is friendly, willing to learn, charismatic, able to create strong relationships with clients, and lead engaging classes through various Pilates-based apparatus workouts. This candidate will be comfortable teaching both private lessons, and group classes with up to 12 clients. Our studio uses Balanced Body reformers, EXO chairs, Spring Boards, TRX, Jump Boards, Ballet barre, and more throughout our workouts. We are looking for instructors who are confident in their Pilates knowledge that can teach clients of all levels in a challenging, safe and fun environment. Club Pilates offers different class levels and types, allowing flexibility in scheduling and creativity. Club Pilates offers continuing education through Bridge and teacher training, as well as the opportunity to further career positioning within our studios.
REQUIREMENTS/RESPONSIBILITIES
Able to lead and instruct Pilates group reformer classes in alignment with the Club Pilates method Current full apparatus Pilates Certification with 450 hours of experience or equivalent Creating a safe, friendly environment that moves clients through the use of equipment including, but not limited to: the Reformer, EXO Chair, Springboard, TRX, Jump Board, hand weights, resistance bands, etc. Willing to teach both private, semi-private, and group classes up to 12 clients as needed Ensuring safety at all times by following level requirements, as well as checking equipment regularly before, during, and after class to make sure it is working well and safe to use Maintaining a clean, friendly, and motivational work environment Experience with club management software and/or the ability to learn new systems (e.g. Club Ready) Punctual, reliable, and dedicated Energetic, positive and motivational teaching style Focus on customer service, including professional and effective communication skills
