Check and verify intravenous and total parenteral nutrition (TPN) orders Utilize the CareTend system for medication management Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and standards

Qualifications:

Current Alabama pharmacist license in good standing IV certification and experience with home infusion preferred Prior experience as a staff pharmacist verifying IV/TPNs Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Schedule:

Wednesday, 9/2 through Friday, 9/4 Shift hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This per diem role offers the opportunity to work as a critical part of the medication management team, supporting infusion services in a dynamic healthcare setting.
