Job Description
- Staff Pharmacist | Contract-to-Hire Opportunity | Bentonville, AR
- We're seeking a
- licensed Pharmacist
- for a full-time contract-to-hire opportunity with a growing healthcare organization in the Bentonville area. This role offers a stable weekday schedule, a collaborative team environment, and the potential for long-term employment.
- Schedule
- + Monday-Friday daytime hours + Occasional weekend rotation (approximately once every 3 weeks) + Optional on-call opportunities
- Responsibilities
- + Review, verify, and dispense medications + Counsel patients and healthcare professionals on medication use + Monitor medication therapy and identify potential drug-related issues + Maintain accurate patient and pharmacy records + Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers + Support medication safety and regulatory compliance initiatives
- Qualifications
- + Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree + Active Pharmacist license in good standing + Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient care + Experience in specialty, retail, infusion, long-term care, or related pharmacy settings welcomed
