This role focuses on delivering expert clinical pharmacy services with a keen attention to sterile IV compounding and medication verification in a hospital setting. The position is designed for a pharmacist with strong clinical skills and the flexibility to support various pharmacy operations as needed.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Every third weekend

Key Responsibilities:

Verify intravenous (IV) medication orders accurately and promptly Prepare and compound sterile IV medications in the clean room environment as required Utilize clinical expertise to interpret laboratory results and make informed decisions Perform additional clinical pharmacy duties to support patient care and medication safety

Qualifications:
