D. degree and is licensed to practice as a pharmacist in Arkansas will evaluate, recommend, design, implement, monitor, and/or modify patient-specific pharmacotherapy. The pharmacist will provide clinical assistance to other healthcare professionals. The pharmacist will ensure proper preparation, storage, and delivery of medications. The pharmacist will also assist the Clinical Coordinator, Supervisors, and Director of Pharmacy in hospital and/or system-wide medication management initiatives on an ongoing basis.
