Full-Time Retail Pharmacist Stanley Pharmacy | Searcy, Arkansas Stanley Pharmacy is seeking a Full-Time Retail Pharmacist to join our independent community pharmacy team. We are looking for a dependable, patient-focused pharmacist who values accuracy, teamwork, strong patient relationships, and providing exceptional care to the community. Schedule This position offers a 4-day workweek , with a rotating weekday off.

Monday-Friday pharmacy hours:

9:00 AM-5:30 PM Pharmacists work 4 weekdays per week Weekday off rotates based on the pharmacy schedule Saturday hours: 9:00 AM-12:00 PM Participation in a monthly Saturday rotation Responsibilities The pharmacist will participate in all aspects of daily retail pharmacy operations and patient care, including: Review, accurately dispense, and perform final verification of prescription medications Conduct prospective drug utilization review and evaluate prescriptions for interactions, allergies, contraindications, duplications, and appropriate therapy Counsel patients regarding medications, proper administration, side effects, precautions, and adherence Communicate with prescribers and other healthcare professionals regarding prescription clarification and medication therapy Administer immunizations and participate in pharmacy-based clinical services Support medication adherence and other patient-care initiatives Provide pharmacist oversight and direction to pharmacy technicians and support staff Assist with prescription problem-solving, third-party insurance issues, medication access, and patient concerns Maintain accurate prescription, controlled substance, immunization, and other required pharmacy documentation Ensure compliance with applicable federal and Arkansas pharmacy laws, regulations, policies, and procedures Maintain appropriate security, handling, and accountability of controlled substances Support efficient workflow while maintaining patient safety and accuracy Collaborate with pharmacists, technicians, and support staff to provide friendly, efficient, high-quality patient care Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school or college of pharmacy Current pharmacist license in the State of Arkansas or eligibility for Arkansas licensure Strong communication and patient counseling skills Ability to work effectively as part of a pharmacy team Commitment to accuracy, patient safety, and excellent customer service Ability to manage the responsibilities and workflow of a busy community pharmacy environment How to Apply Interested candidates should: 1.
