Pharmacy Freeman Hospital Springdale Schedule:
PRN May be occasionally subject to irregular hours. What You'll Do ​ Staff pharmacists actively coordinate daily, the provision of high quality comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patient of the hospital in compliance with federal and state legal regulatory accreditations and professional standards. Communicates with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff regarding patient documentations and intervention outcomes. Requirements Licensed Pharmacist in Arkansas.
Pharmacy Preferred Experience :
BS in Pharmacy Hospital Pharmacy practice and Clinical pharmacy practice experience in an Infectious Diseases setting. BCPS certification with ID qualifications Preferred.
