Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Contract This opportunity is for a Pharmacist position within an inpatient pharmacy setting at a 250-bed regional medical center. The role offers the chance to contribute to high-quality patient care through essential pharmacy services such as order verification, supervising pharmacy technicians, and managing pharmacokinetics.

Responsibilities:
Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently Supervise pharmacy technicians, providing guidance and support Apply pharmacokinetic principles in patient care decisions Utilize hospital systems including Meditech and Pyxis for daily operations Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy
Qualifications:
Active Arizona Pharmacist license Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred Strong knowledge of inpatient pharmacy practices Ability to work flexible shifts in a dynamic environment This contract role begins immediately and is anticipated to last 13 weeks or more, providing an excellent opportunity to gain valuable inpatient pharmacy experience in a regional medical center setting.
