Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Contract This opportunity is ideal for a licensed pharmacist with inpatient experience seeking a rewarding role in Arizona. The position involves providing expert pharmaceutical care within a hospital setting, contributing directly to patient outcomes through various clinical and operational tasks.

Parker, Arizona Job Type:
Contract (13 weeks +)
Schedule:
10 am to 8:30 pm (10-hour shifts) Flexible scheduling options available: four 10-hour shifts per week or a blocked 7 days on/7 days off
Key Responsibilities:
Verify and process medication orders accurately to ensure patient safety Supervise pharmacy technicians and provide guidance to support staff Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to optimize medication therapy and patient care Apply pharmacokinetic principles for dose adjustments and monitoring Perform other inpatient pharmacy duties as required
Desired Qualifications:
Current pharmacist license in Arizona Minimum of 1 year inpatient pharmacy experience, demonstrating clinical competence and strong communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient safety and quality standards This contract role offers an excellent chance to utilize your clinical knowledge in a supportive environment with schedule flexibility.
