Job specific details:

• Manage and direct pharmacists, technicians, and clerk daily workflow to efficiently provide pharmacy services and medications. Responsible for scheduling staff to efficiently meet operational needs.
• Responsible for staff mentorship, improvement plans, and performance evaluations. Establish staff training, duties, performance expectations, and competency programs.
• Assist with creation and attainment of department goals that support organizational goals and strategic plan.
• Responsible for maintaining pharmacy cleanliness and organization.
• Oversee daily reconciliation of medications/ supplies orders versus received, resolution of issues, and communication.
• Responsible for a staff of 10-12 individuals including pharmacist, lead technicians, technicians and clerical staff.
• Monday
• Friday (8am
• 6pm) about 1100
• 1200 prescriptions per week.
• Bachelor of science degree and/or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited school of Pharmacy required.
• 3 years of pharmacist experience required: Minimum two years in hospital practice preferred.
• BLS certification preferred.
• Current and active Pharmacist license required; Arizona state license preferred.
• Must be able to start 2-3 weeks after acceptance. Interim Leadership at Aya Healthcare
• W2 pay: $3400
• $3500/week
• Anticipated start date: 2-3 weeks after acceptance
