Tuba City Regional Position Summary We are seeking a Pharmacist for a 13-week contract assignment. Experience with Peds, Neo-natal, Adolescent, Adults, geriatric, oncology, obstetrics required.
Requirements:
Pharmacist license for AZ State, BLS by AHA, Driver's license and Co-Vid vaccination certificate OR Religious exemption form Recent 2 years of Hospital Pharmacist experience required. #

From $71.00 per hour
