Job Description

Category Pharmacy - Clinical Pharmacist Job Type Contract An opportunity is available for a Clinical Pharmacist to support patient care at a well-established medical center. This contract role, located in the Adin area, offers the chance to apply your pharmacy expertise in a dynamic healthcare environment known for its dedication to quality medical services.
Responsibilities include:
Reviewing and verifying medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness. Collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize pharmacotherapy plans. Ensuring compliance with medication safety standards and protocols. Providing drug information and education to medical staff and patients. Monitoring and managing inventory of pharmaceutical supplies.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Valid pharmacist license with experience in clinical pharmacy. Strong knowledge of drug therapy, interactions, and protocols. Excellent communication skills for interdisciplinary collaboration. Ability to work varied shifts, including some weekends. Commitment to patient-centered care and medication safety.
Schedule:
Varied hours, including either 5 shifts of 8 hours or 4 shifts of 10 hours per week. Some weekend shifts required. This 13-week contract begins as soon as possible and offers a meaningful way to contribute your pharmacy skills while engaging with a committed medical team. The role demands flexibility with scheduling and a proactive approach to clinical pharmacy services.
