Category Pharmacy - Clinical Pharmacist Job Type Contract This opportunity is for a travel pharmacist position based in Fort Bragg, CA, offering a 13-week contract assignment on a 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts schedule during daytime hours. The role involves critical responsibilities in a hospital pharmacy setting, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through clinical expertise and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform order verification with accuracy and attention to safety Supervise pharmacy technicians to maintain efficient workflow Consult with nurses and physicians regarding medication therapies Utilize pharmacy IT systems including Cerner and Omnicell for order processing and management
Desired Qualifications:
Active California pharmacist license Prior hospital pharmacy experience preferred Full-time availability for assignment duration Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a clinical setting
