Job Description
As a Staff Pharmacist at Walmart, you will provide safe, accurate, and efficient dispensing of prescription medications in a high-volume retail setting. You'll counsel patients on therapies, administer immunizations, and conduct medication therapy management to support positive health outcomes. You will oversee technicians, maintain regulatory and controlled substance compliance, and optimize workflow. In collaboration with prescribers and payers, you'll resolve clinical and insurance issues while upholding Walmart's standards for service, quality, and integrity.
