Job Title:

Part-time Pharmacist (DRIC) - Medical Tech Startup Job Summary We are an innovative medical device venture based in California. We are seeking a licensed Pharmacist (RPh/PharmD) to serve as our Designated Representative-in-Charge (DRIC) to oversee our wholesale distribution licensing and initial compliance framework. This is a low-volume, high-flexibility role perfect for a professional looking for supplemental income with a high-growth startup.

Key Responsibilities Regulatory Oversight:

Serve as the DRIC for the California Board of Pharmacy Wholesale License.

Compliance Management:

Ensure GDP (Good Distribution Practice) and DSCSA standards are met for our specialized skincare and device lines.

On-site Presence:

Be physically present during limited operational hours (initially 5-10 hours/week) for inventory verification and audits.

Mentorship:

Provide guidance to the founder to satisfy the 1-year experience requirement for future DR certification.

Requirements License:

Active, clear California Pharmacist License (RPh or PharmD) is mandatory.

Experience:

Prior 1 year + experience in wholesale distribution, P&P development, or pharmacy management preferred.

Status:

Must have a clean regulatory record with the Board of Pharmacy.

Benefits & Pay Pay:

$80.00 - $95.00 per hour.
