2 Contract to Hire | Contingent Start Required Role Overview We are seeking licensed Pharmacists to join our Fresno team. This role involves dispensing medications, ensuring compliance with pharmacy laws, and providing patient consultation and education. Candidates must be able to start on a contingent basis. Key Responsibilities Accurately dispense prescription medications. Monitor patient medication compliance and usage patterns. Maintain confidential patient records and pharmacy files. Counsel patients on dosage, side effects, and drug interactions. Provide health services (smoking cessation, BP & cholesterol checks). Educate patients on medical devices (BP monitors, glucose meters). Compound and prepare sterile solutions. Supervise pharmacy staff (technicians, clerks, interns). Manage pharmaceutical inventory and supplies. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams. Identify and resolve drug-related problems. Qualifications Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree required. Active license with the California State Pharmacy Board. Strong communication and patient counseling skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.

Pay:

Up to $69.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
