CA State Pharmacist License Compliance:

Ability to successfully complete a background check, health screening, and drug screen Key Responsibilities As a Pharmacist with Rx relief, you will ensure productivity, quality, and strict legal compliance across a variety of practice settings.

Your day-to-day will include:

Clinical Oversight:

Review patient profiles, perform precise drug calculations, interpret prescriptions, and provide expert patient counseling.

Order Verification:

Verify physicians' orders in the computer system and collaborate with provider offices to clarify or modify therapies based on patient histories.

Quality Assurance:

Act as the final check pharmacist—reviewing and verifying pharmacy technicians' work to ensure accuracy and compliance with Medication Therapy Management (MTM) protocols.

Operations & Inventory:

Oversee the secure preparation, mixing, labeling, and dispensing of medications (including narcotics); manage inventory, place orders, and maintain strict storage and security conditions.

Team Collaboration:

Answer clinical questions, support pharmacy technicians, and foster a collaborative, safe environment.
